personality ▼

Phalanx is a pile of spirits in various states of fragmentation, all jammed into one body... so personality gets a little weird. Generally, Phalanx is inquisitive, unbothered, and surprisingly peaceful for an undead, eldritch abomination. They are also prone to sudden switching personality aspects, swaying toward the moods of people around them, and occasional stormy moods when something disturbs their balance. But, like any good mostly-blank-slate, everything kind of goes back to neutral after a while.

appearance ▼

Again, being a bundle of spirits all trying to pilot the same body, things get weird. At their most settled, Phalanx looks like a very pale, washed-out looking young man, with stark, lightless, black eyes. This tends to change depending on what's going on around them however, with any or all of their features drifting toward something else without warning. They also look like they wandered through a closet blind, with some pieces of clothing worn incorrectly or just tied onto their body, intermixed with many layers of other rags and fabric scraps. Hands and feet always very dirty.

abilities ▼

Phalanx does not have many abilities! Also does not have most normal human skills to begin with. Walking and talking is sometimes a problem. Remembering is also rough. While the potential for power is very high, the only abilities that Phalanx currently has access to (aside from aimlessly changing appearance) is accidentally doing ghosty stuff like haunting people enough to cause nightmares, floating or knocking over objects, and occasionally interfering with electronics. Does know how to sew, though!
